- BrightSide charges a simple, straightforward, monthly subscription fee that includes ALL of our features.
- The monthly subscription fee is based ONLY on the number of units you manage, nothing else.
- We never lock you into a long-term contract, you pay month-to-month for the use of BrightSide software.
- Enter the number of active rental properties you manage below to see the monthly subscription fee.
Pricing Details
How does it work?Unit Calculations
Units 1 to 25 are $16.00 per unit.*
Units 26 -50 are $12.00 per unit.
Units 51 and more are $10.00 per unit.
For example, if you have a total of 52 units, units 1 to 25 are $16 each, units 26 to 50 are $12 each, and units 51 and 52 are $10 each, for a total of $720 per month.
*The minimum monthly subscription is $160.00.
Additional Services
Our website developers can do everything from integrating BrightSide software into your current website to building a completely new custom site for you. If you have a web development team you are working with already, we can provide the API credentials they need to get you up and running.
