New Features/Changes

• Added more fine grain permissions for reservation payments.
• Improved signature pad on guest portal. Made it require a reasonable amount drawn to prevent invalid signatures.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed bug causing automatic logouts for some owners in owner portal.
• Fixed login issues with guest portal.
• Fixed bug in guest letters that caused incorrect calculations if including more than one fee in the rental amount.
