New Features/Changes

• Added guest letter queue system to allow RM4 to send emails in the background. This will help speed up operations that trigger sending guest letters. i.e. Completing a reservation when you have guest letters that send on the "Reservation Taken" event.
• Added "Deposit Confirmed" event to guest letters that sends whenever the first payment on a reservation is confirmed.
• Added the ability to email guest comments.
• Added the ability to add multiple email addresses when emailing maintenance issues.
